Beihang University is located at 37 Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing. The conference will be held in the Eighth Conference Room(第八会议室) of the New Main Building(新主楼).

Attendees need to enter the campus through the New East Gate(新东门) and proceed straight. There will be signs and staff guiding you into the conference room.

Hotels near the conference venue include Vision Hotel(唯实国际文化交流中心)(five-star), Park Plaza Beijing(北京丽亭华苑酒店)(four-star), and Liaoning International Hotel(北京辽宁大厦)(five-star). The Vision Hotel is the closest to the venue. Attendees are advised to book rooms in advance.
